S T U D I O
Studio Vourli is a narrative-led design practice working across spatial, experiential and brand systems for hospitality, wellness and cultural environments. The studio defines how identity translates into space; aligning positioning, environment and sensory experience into coherent systems.
Based on Mount Pentelicus and shaped by years of creative leadership in London, the practice combines research, material intelligence and strategic clarity to deliver environments where atmosphere is intentional and experience is structured.
Founded by Yula Vourli, Creative Director and Spatial Strategist, the studio leads projects across interior architecture, experiential design and brand development, helping clients define identity, establish positioning and translate vision into resolved spatial expressions.
From a hillside studio overlooking sea and stone, Studio Vourli develops work that is grounded, precise and quietly elevated.
The work is not driven by style, but by structure and intent.
P U R P O S E
The studio’s method balances structure with sensorial intelligence.
Every project begins with strategic and cultural decoding; research, observation and listening that clarify the site’s character, the brand’s intent and the experience the project must support.
From this foundation, narrative, positioning and spatial framework are defined, guiding every design decision whether expressed through environments, identities or integrated systems.
Design development translates this into architectural structures, material languages and visual identity. Creative direction ensures continuity across collaborators, protecting the integrity of the work from concept through implementation.
The result is work that is refined, coherent and inevitable.

Before form is considered, the studio defines the identity, narrative and experiential intent of a project establishing what a place, organisation or vision is meant to be.
This foundation is translated into a coherent creative language; spatial, visual and material, that unfolds consistently across environments and brands.
The work is not driven by style, but by structure. Environments are shaped to support presence, memory and continuity.
Studio Vourli operates as a long-term creative partner, holding the narrative, protecting the vision and ensuring coherence across every stage and discipline.
Studio Vourli works across spatial strategy experiential design and brand development, defining identity before form and carrying it consistently from concept through to the built environment.
Selected collaborators and clients across cultural, hospitality and global brand environments:
International creative agencies and architectural practice where the studio’s creative leadership and professional formation were shaped across experiential, brand and built environment work:
“What clients gain is not simply a space, but a unified experiential language”.

Working across hospitality, cultural and private environments, the studio enters projects that require structure and clarity.
Our role is to understand the site, the people and the intent and to define the project’s identity, purpose and experiential core. Through research and narrative development, this is translated into a coherent spatial language.
The outcome is not an imposed style, but a clarification: environments that feel inevitable, grounded and resolved; spaces that become what they are meant to be.
We transform context into strategy, strategy into form, and form into lived experience.
Studio Vourli is often brought into complex projects to define identity and translate it into coherent spatial experience.
