S T U D I O

Studio Vourli is an independent creative direction and spatial strategy practice led by Yula Vourli, helping clients define and express identity through space, experience and material culture across hospitality, wellness, cultural and private commissions.

Based in Athens and shaped by years of senior creative leadership in London, the studio is often engaged before design begins; helping clients define what a project is, what it should express and how it should be experienced, before decisions about form, materiality or implementation are made.

Each project begins with understanding what is unique, meaningful and enduring about a place, a business or an idea. Through research, dialogue and careful observation, underlying narratives are identified and developed into frameworks that inform creative, spatial and commercial decisions throughout the life of a project.

Working at the intersection of strategy, identity and space, Studio Vourli brings together positioning, creative direction and spatial development within a single vision. Rather than treating brand, experience and environment as separate disciplines, the studio approaches them as interconnected layers of a coherent whole.

The result is work that feels distinctive, culturally grounded and enduring. By uncovering the unique character of each project rather than relying on trends or predetermined formulas, the studio helps clients invest with confidence and develop places, experiences and identities with lasting relevance.

Entry Point
Studio Vourli is engaged when ambition needs structure: before architecture is fixed, when a founder’s vision, property, brand or existing space needs clarification, or when a project needs one clear direction across several disciplines.

Creative Framework
The studio defines what the project stands for, what it should express and how that identity carries through space, materiality, objects, communication and experience.

Continuity
That framework guides architecture, interiors, objects, guest touchpoints and selected collaborators, ensuring decisions remain aligned from concept through implementation.

Outcome
The result is not an imposed style, but a resolved language — grounded, specific and capable of guiding the project as it develops.

Studio Vourli defines the underlying language of a project and guides its expression across brand, space and experience.
